Consultations
We recommend consulting your local community pharmacist before booking an appointment for a minor ailment.
Our self-help resources provide a curated list of trusted local and digital support services that are available without the need to book an appointment.
In-Person Appointments
At The Archway Surgery, we conduct the majority of our consultations in person. We believe this face-to-face approach is essential for building strong relationships with our patients.
Every weekday at 8:30 am, we release a variety of in-person slots to address the high volume of new medical concerns within our community. These appointments typically last 10 minutes.
For patients over 18, a limited number of slots are released at 7:00 am daily for online booking. Please register for Patient Access to use this option.
Some routine appointments are available to book in advance; please contact reception for details.

Telephone Appointments
If you wish to speak with a clinician by phone, or if in-person slots are full, you may be offered a telephone consultation. If a clinical assessment requires you to be seen in person that day, an arrangement will be made.
Routine telephone consultations may also be booked in advance if you prefer—please enquire through our reception team.
