Minding Your Head – a Northern Ireland mental health support site, developed with the Public Health Agency

Here2Help- an app with all sorts of resources in Northern Ireland for anyone – particularly anyone with mental health difficulties also available from other sources – just search from your usual app provider for Here2Help

An award-winning charity website, lets you share in other people’s experiences of health and illness. An excellent resource compiled after interviewing a wide range of people suffering from heart disease.

BUPA
An excellent resource with useful video, audio, images and references relating to various health conditions.
