Southern Health and Social Care Trust – Mental Health – particularly the ‘self help leaflets’ section.  This page also links to a large directory of services specific to our area.

Minding Your Head – a Northern Ireland mental health support site, developed with the Public Health Agency

Here2Help- an app with all sorts of resources in Northern Ireland for anyone – particularly anyone with mental health difficulties also available from other sources – just search from your usual app provider for Here2Help

A good source of patient information on most common problems and diagnoses. For example  type “sleep”  or “panic” into the search box on the website and look at their self help guides. 
This will take you directly to the range of self help booklets
 
Information about embarrassing and worrying problems that are difficult to talk about.
A life skills resource written by a psychiatrist.  Uses a Cognitive behavioural approach.
